Event overview
Our Triathlon starts on the Blue Flag beach at Seaburn with a straightforward 750m swim round two buoys staying close to the shore. This is followed by the 4 laps making a 20k bike course and the single lap 5k run course identical to the duathlon. This is one of the warmest times of year for a sea swim and with an early start heat is not an issue on the run.
