It’s big. It’s bold. It’s gutsy. It’s the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero! The Superhero Tri is one the highlights of our year at my AFK - take on one of three distances.
There are three unique challenges to choose from and three very different ways to take part. You can fly solo, unite with family and friends for our team relays, or tow your Superhero around the entire course in our world first Sidekick Tris.
Many UK charities can offer you guaranteed entry into this event in return for raising funds. This means that you become part of a charity team in the run-up to the event, on the big day itself and beyond!
