Grim Up North Running organises running events in the north. Their events include:
- Multi-distance races on both trail and road
- Themed runs - such as Christmas Cracker & New Year's Eve events

- Seasonal series - the Spring Canal Canter & Summer Evening Series

- Multi-day events including run-every-day series
Their events cater for runners of all abilities with distances including 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K, half marathon, marathon and ultra. Grim Up North Running is known for its low-key approach, friendly atmosphere, and emphasis on enjoying the beautiful countryside - helping to promote a sense of wellbeing and camaraderie among participants.
