Cannock Chase Trail

We've organised the Cannock Chase Half Trail Marathon for 5 years. More recently we've been asked if we could offer an even longer distance option. So for 2024 the Half Trail Marathon will continue.... but for those that want the ultimate Cannock Chase challenge, we introduce to you the Cannock Chase Trail Marathon. 13.1 or 26.2 miles of undulating trails around the area of outstanding natural beauty of Cannock Chase. In our view a true trail runners paradise! The Half Marathon is still the only single lap event of it's type on Cannock Chase. 100% fully off road, we take you along single track trails, fire roads many of which are off the normal beaten track. A true adventure. For the Full Marathon you will complete 2 laps of the course making it one of the hardest marathons events in the UK. We're also offering the chance to compete with a teammate in the Marathon Relay option. As a team 2 (any gender) 1 runner will complete the first half marathon lap and then hand over to their teammate to complete the 2nd lap.
