Providing advice and support. Working with healthcare providers so everyone can get specialist care. Campaigning to break down barriers. Fundraising for breakthroughs in research.

The charity makes sure that expert advice, support and healthcare are available to more than 110,000 people living with muscle-wasting and weakening conditions, and the people around them. Helping us all feel good, mentally and physically.

The event was brilliant from start to finish. Well organised by such an enthusiastic and clearly passionate team of people. Such a good experience for such a great cause. Would recommend! Steve C, 2023

I was nervous ahead of Pedal, Paddle, Peak as it was the first time I’d taken part in a challenge and fundraising event. The ease and smoothness from registration the night before until the end was amazing. Each phase pushed the team to the limit. Coming 5th overall and smashing our fundraising target was extremely rewarding. Would definitely recommend! Ali A, 2023

Great day, great event, great organisation, great feeling at the end! Martin L, 2023
