The monthly swim-run events are intended to be low-key, fun and are just £5.00 to enter. They are perfect for anyone wanting to try a multi-sport event for the first time and for more experienced participants looking to test their fitness. Do as much or as little as you like - you don't have to do the full distance! Suitable for juniors age 6+ and adults with distances as follows: - 6-8: 40m swim / 500m run, 9-10: 80m swim / 1km run, 11 and older: 160m swim / 1.5k run, Adults: 160m swim / 1.5k run
