Discover Hadrian's Wall, a wall first constructed in 120AD by order of Emperor Hadrian, that when completed stretched for 80 Roman miles coast to coast across the country. After being awarded it's World Heritage Site status in 1987 it's become a hugely popular walk because of it's grand history and stunning views.
This challenge is a combined cycle and walking route that covers the whole course of the wall in three days. The route passes through some of Northern Britain's most beautiful scenery, and whilst walking you can enjoy some of the finest and best preserved sections of the wall.
Cycle the first part, walk the central, more mountainous and craggy section, and cycle the last part. Throughout, the scenery is impressive. A great way to do the whole length of the wall in 3 days.
