Scale the heights with these famed walks
The National Three Peaks Challenge is Britain's most popular hiking challenge and involves climbing the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales.
The traditional approach is to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon inside 24 hours but there are many different ways to complete the challenge - including walking each peak individually over three days, taking part in a charity event or even running, cycling or sailing between the three mountains.
