You'll visit many different sections of the wall, experience the changing landscape and learn about the deep history of each part of the wall from experienced, professional guides.
Crumbling paths and ruined watchtowers are characteristic of this intriguing start to the trek.
To the restored sections of Mutianyu and Badaling with extensive views stretching over distant misty mountains, peaceful woodlands, terraced fields, exposed ridges and majestic peaks.
Away from the wall, you'll visit a spectacular nature reserve set deep in a valley with waterfalls, towering cliffs, crystal clear pools and traditional Chinese buildings.
You can take part in this challenge in May, August or October.
Ideal for individuals, couples or groups with a good level of stamina, strength and determination to cover 10km per day with lots of steps!

Through their eight teams of Support Workers across the UK, the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides assistance and support to children with a life threatening or terminal illness and their families.
In 2017/18 they helped 2,500 families but their vision is that every family in the UK who has a child with a life threatening illness should get the support they need.
