The Leeds Abbey Dash 10k for Age UK is back! Take up the challenge on Sunday 23 October 2022 and raise vital funds to help us support the older people who need us most. Take on a flat and fast 10K out-and-back route, which follows the line of the River Aire, to the remarkable Kirkstall Abbey, before returning back to the centre of Leeds. A junior 2K dash ensures that all the family are catered for, on a hugely fun event in West Yorkshire.
