Covering 45 miles of coast, The SWT will see runners start at the most southerly point, The Lizard and travel to Land’s End, taking in some of the most breath-taking scenery Cornwall has to offer. This section of the coast has everything from narrow paths to beaches, steps, wide, open runnable sections and craggy, scrambling rocks.
