The 7Oaks triathlon has been running for over 30 years and is one of the longest running triathlon races in the South East.

The race starts with a 16 length swim of the 25m pool at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, is followed by a 25km undulating bike course around the Kent countryside and ends with a beautiful 5km run in Knole Park. The race is organised by 7Oaks Tri Club who provide the many friendly marshals on the day.
