Alpine Experience

Age 18 & over

  • 3 days

The Alpine Challenge includes routes that take in the mountains behind the mountains, exploring Chamonix’s more remote valleys, while also climbing peaks around twice the height of Mt Snowdon and Ben Nevis, in breathtaking scenery.

Be part of this special trip and enjoy scaling stunning Alpine peaks and hiking through scenic valleys. Your expert guide will help you summit spectacular mountains by day. At the end of the day, enjoy a soak in the hot tub before enjoying dinner with the resident chef, and then relaxing in your five-star chalet.

This trip also features a one-night stay at a refuge. This allows you to be surrounded by nature, deep in the heart of the mountains at around 2,0000 meters altitude. You can spend the evening watching the sunset and see the beauty of the night sky without any light pollution.

It's the ideal setting for you to reconnect with nature and others, whilst raising money for life-changing research into paralysis. Join alone, or with friends, family and colleagues.

Spinal Research

An unforgettable experience that will change lives

This unique experience will not only create memories that will last a lifetime but will also fund ground breaking research.

Someone has a spinal cord injury every 4 hours in the UK, devastating the lives of individuals and their families. Spinal Research work with leading scientists to develop projects which will help restore important functions for people living with paralysis.

With a number of projects delivering promising results in human trials, Spinal Research is now witnessing the first generation of therapies which will truly change lives.

With your support in this challenge, Spinal Research can accelerate this research and help beat paralysis.

I’ll never give up hoping, because I know that amazing scientists and researchers will never give up looking for ways to cure my paralysis. All it will take is more research.
