This event is open to everyone, regardless of ability and offers a wide choice of disciplines and distances. For those who don’t want to run there is an aquabike (swim-bike) option; non-cyclists can enjoy the aquathlon and for non-swimmers there's the duathlon. For those who would like to compete as a team, there are relay options.
There really is something for everyone!
This event is part of ATW Hertfordshire & Middlesex Triathlon.
This event is for athletes of all abilities and ages.
Transgender athletes are, and will continue to be, very welcome at recreational and competitive activity in triathlon. At any competitive event from 1st January 2023, there will be a Female category open to athletes who are the female sex at birth and an Open category open to all other athletes.

Merchant Taylors' School is a stunning venue sitting on the Hertfordshire and Middlesex border with magnificent, picturesque grounds including manicured sports fields, lakes, wildlife and greenery.
Swim in the most popular open-water venue inside the M25, and cycle a surprisingly rural route before enjoying a run around the picturesque grounds of this stunning school.
