The start is uphill on the road for 500m followed by an uphill gully and a downhill stretch turning left on the first lap and right on the longer loop to run along the Chevin. Then there is a loop to take you on a downhill gravel track towards a golf course and left through a wooded area and down to turn left for a short uphill road section before returning along the Chevin to the finish.
