Derwent Reservoir Duathlons

The running is on tarmac and trail paths around the waterside and the cycling is on the open roads around the Reservoir towards Edmundbyers, Blanchland & Slaley. There will be the usual sprint and standard duathlon distances which you can complete by yourself or as a relay team with your friends. The event is for all fitness levels, any type of push bike can be used but a cycling hat must be worn. The sprint event is ideal for first timers or novice athletes. There is FREE PARKING & PHOTOGRAPHY and all finishers will receive a medal, Wild Deer Merchandise, snack and a drink. An event t-shirt can be purchased for £10 when you sign up.
