The FoxTrail Winter Running Series kicks off at Foxlake Adventures. This relatively flat course is sure to be a fast one. Get ready to smash those PB's!
The run will be entirely off-road, so be sure to wear your trail shoes. The route starts and finishes at Foxlake HQ and will see you running through woodland, farmlands and along the coast on the John Muir Way.
There are no massive hills to negotiate on this event, just the odd bump in the track. You will need to keep an eye out for tree roots and muddy patches as well as members of the public sharing the route. Please be courteous as these outdoor trails are there to be enjoyed by everyone.
