The third trip of the year to the Leeds to Liverpool Canal (Kirkstall) As the name suggests, this is an out and back, a lovely flat route that's perfect for a PB.

This event will naturally have a Halloween theme, there's no pressure at all to dress up but feel free to do so. The cake table will reflect the theme of the event. Feed stations are placed every three miles and provide a full range of snacks, juice and water (please remember we are plastic free and to bring a bottle) All runners will receive a bespoke medal, chocolate and beer (or alcohol free drink). Trophies are awarded to the first male and female runner runner in each distance. Parking is available on local streets or in the adjacent supermarket (no charge) Toilets are situated next to the start line.
