This reputable event gives you the opportunity to swim in the Thames from London Docklands, race past Westminster, Big Ben, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament on closed roads and run in the impressive 2012 Olympic venue, the ExCel.

The route is made up of multiple laps. The opening swim takes place in London Docklands; you’ll then transition to your bike inside the Olympic venue of the Excel. You’ll then follow a closed road cycle route taking in some of London’s best land marks roughly following the Thames – this section is made up of multiple laps. A final transition inside the Excel before running in and around the building itself.
