Starting from the center of Knaresborough climbing gently up through park land on to the old railway track between Knaresborough and Harrogate surrounded by beautiful countryside.

This is great underfoot making for a lapped course in a lovely landscape and beautiful Yorkshire town All runners will receive a bespoke medal and a goodie bag with chocolate and beer(or none alcoholic drink) Trophies are awarded to the first male and female in each distance Feed stations (with sweet and salty snacks) can be found every three miles. Toilets can be found 2 minutes from the start. Parking is again 2 minutes form the start in a public pay and display.
