The Thames200 is back, raising important funds to enhance the physical and mental health of deprived children in the UK through sport. With the cost-of-living crisis, schools and families will have no choice but to cut back on grass roots sports funding.
In 2023, all proceeds from the Thames200 will go to SportInspired, a national charity helping children living in poverty discover and enjoy their favourite sports.

How it works
Teams choose their own strategy for who does what and in what order. Individual participants can do any number of legs, from just one in a single discipline to many across all three disciplines. Each team must complete 15 legs and 200km:
