Be a part of creating a 'Sea of Santas' across Leeds!
Between 13 November and 16 December, make Santa Dash your own. Pick your distance, time and location and walk, run, cycle, hop, skip or sleigh your way across Leeds, knowing that every mile you cover helps St Gemma's to continue supporting local people who need hospice care. You can even join a friendly, local parkrun!
Choose your own date, distance and location to complete your Santa Dash in your own way!
Join other Santas at one of the nominated parkruns at 9am on Saturday 16 December!
If you would like to run ‘en masse’ rather than do your own thing, or if you would like to round off your challenge with a festive gathering, then you can also be part of the St Gemma's Santa Dash parkrun Take Over on 16 December!
The wonderful organisers at Woodhouse Moor, Temple Newsam and Roundhay parkruns will be helping St Gemma's host this. Just turn up at your choice of venue, ready to go at 9.00am and the team will be there to cheer you on and proudly hand out medals to all the wonderful Santa dashers!

Helping care for local people with life-limiting illnesses.
St Gemma’s Hospice is a local, independent charity and has been providing expert care to the people of Leeds for 45 years. They provide the best possible care and support for local people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. They specialise in pain relief and symptom control to help people live as well as possible, for as long as possible. All of their services are provided free of charge and £8m needs to be raised every year through events such as the Santa Dash to keep the services running.
Could provide a specialist bereavement support session for someone struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one.
For a St Gemma's community team member to visit a patient in their own home and provide clinical advice and support.
Funds care for one in-patient staying at the Hospice for one day, covering everything from expert care to pain relief and meals.
Thank you so much for supporting St Gemma's.
It's free to get involved with Santa Dash 2023!
