Take matters into your own hands in this timed challenge, where runners complete laps of the 5.5k route for as long as they can.

We have a brand new 5.5km route starting at the 3 Horse Shoes in Letchworth for this years Strive for 12 (Speed edition). Previously we have done 5km laps, on the hour every hour (and this will be back again Spring 2024!) BUT the speed edition you will have less and less time as the laps go on. Lap 1, 60min to complete and be ready to go again. Lap 2 will be 57 mins and we will keep removing 3min every lap. The aim of the game is to make it to lap 12, on the last lap it is a race to the finish and 1 winner! If nobody gets to lap 12 within the time allowed it will be last runner standing.
