As well as the main 10K run, for adults, the event also has a selection of children’s races that are run safely away from the public roads on a school sports field. The course is undulating in nature, running on public roads, through the beautiful countryside around the village of Brewood in South Staffordshire. The race begins with a massed-start over a short closed-road section. All junctions are marshalled, in accordance with UK Athletics licensing requirements, and there is a lead-out motorbike, a following support vehicle and a water station at half way. The event finishes in the market square in the village of Brewood, South Staffordshire.
