Many of the regular runners will recall a very pretty and talented young lady who ran with us a lot called Dee Yamoah.

She would invariably run with red lipstick on and somehow always finish her run as immaculately as when she started! Dee unfortunately in 2021 suffered an abscess in her brain and has had to undergo several brain surgeries as a result. Following her most recent surgery in October she can start the long road back to recovery, we all know Dee for her beautiful smile and support at every event so its our turn to support her in this event, in April, and we can wear the red lipstick to honour that smile. The event will be a six hour timed challenge event based out of the Cyclopark Complex at Gravesend (although the routes won't actually be in the Cyclopark area we're just using their facilities and parking) and the route will be a mixture of trail, bike paths and tarmac and not flat either, but not too hilly either before you panic!
