You'll be challenged physically and mentally as you take on the route over rugged terrain, along country lanes, up steep ascents and across the sparkling lake, you'll enjoy some of the best outdoors action of your life.

Stage 1: Cycle In the saddle bright and early for a ride along quaint country roads.
Stage 2: Hike Hike Enjoy classic Beacons mountain views with chance for that all-important team selfie at the top.
Stage 3: Cycle Ride to the shores of the lake.
Stage 4: Canoe Open-top canoe down the lake.
Stage 5: Cycle Race other teams and race the sun to the finish line!
