All runs are led at a conversational pace, ESCAPE trails events are about taking in the scenery and enjoying the trails, not racing. Please be aware that you may not be the slowest person in your group, and you may need to run at a slower pace than normal. Experience Level? Easy These runs are suitable for anyone that’s been running on the road, and is now taking their first steps in to trail running. The terrain will be mostly flat, with very few obstacles. They are also suitable for anyone that is looking for a nice relaxed run, where they can just enjoy the trails without having to worry about pace.
