Cowdray and Raw Running Ltd are excited to announce “Run the Seasons at Cowdray,” a new series of races gives runners a unique opportunity to explore our country Estate in West Sussex in each season.

Runners can choose either 5km, 10km or 10mile route with canicross options. Why not enter the 10km run series for a chance to be crowned male or female series winners and be presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café. Overall winners will be decided on a points system based on their finishing position with their top three results counting towards the series if they run all four 10km races. Spring (10KM AND 10 MILES) - The Spring race will take in the best parts of the Estate as it burst back into life after winter with daffodils and tulips on this morning run at Cowdray. Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 10km, 10 miles or dog-friendly canicross course across the stunning grounds of Cowdray Estate and the South Downs National Park.
