The Thames Path is unique, with beautiful scenery that's steeped in history, and a superb backdrop for a weekend of exhilarating challenges. Returning in September with over 5,000 fellow challengers, you'll follow England's greatest river - which meanders from its source in the Cotswolds to London.
Taking on an ultra trek or run is a serious challenge and tough for most people, but also achievable with the right training and plan which you'll get access to when you sign up. This challenge is fully supported meaning they're the perfect way to have-a-go at a longer distance.

Seven million people of all ages in the UK live with heart and circulatory diseases, which kill one in four people. The British Heart Foundation has already funded lifesaving research, campaigns and ongoing care and support for patients.
Their aim is to fund more than £1bn of cardiovascular research over the next ten years but they need your help. Every £25 could pay for one hour of research by one of their early career scientists or £20 could provide an hour of Helpline support from a Cardiac Nurse.
