Navigation

Keep the sea on your right and the land on your left and you won't go far wrong!

You will follow the coastal footpath which is well signposted. You don't need to be an experienced navigator.

Checkpoints

Well-stocked and every 10 miles.

All the CPs will be stocked with energy bars, jelly babies, salty snacks, filled rolls, water, squash, flat coke and hot drinks (CPs 2 and 3).

At the finish point each day a bowl of deliciously hot homemade soup with bread roll awaits.

At each checkpoint you will be welcomed and ‘checked in' by the staff for safety and your time logged. Your position on the course is known so if you're late you can be assisted.

Medics

The course is covered by a medical support team. Every morning at challenge registration the medics will be available to sort out any blisters, tape feet up etc. They'll also be available at the checkpoints too.
