Start at Fistral Beach in Newquay and follow the coast all the way down to Hayle River Mouth and finishes at St Ives Bay Holiday Park.

The terrain is wild and rugged. Steep climbs and descents will test your concentration as well as your physical strength.

Keep the sea on your right and the land on your left and you won't go far wrong!

You will follow the coastal footpath which is well signposted. You don't need to be an experienced navigator.

Well-stocked and every 10 miles.

All the CPs will be stocked with energy bars, jelly babies, salty snacks, filled rolls, water, squash, flat coke and hot drinks (CPs 2 and 3).

At the finish point each day a bowl of deliciously hot homemade soup with bread roll awaits.

At each checkpoint you will be welcomed and ‘checked in' by the staff for safety and your time logged. Your position on the course is known so if you're late you can be assisted.

The course is covered by a medical support team. Every morning at challenge registration the medics will be available to sort out any blisters, tape feet up etc. They'll also be available at the checkpoints too.

Each day you will be instructed to meet at the event HQ and then be transported to the start. Once you join the team on the event you can leave your car at the event HQ and take advantage of the event minibuses. On completion of the days run you will be transported back to the event HQ - easy!

Cut off time

13 hours - finish by 21:30.
