Come and join this speedy, pancake flat 5-mile race!
The Deal Castle 5 Mile offers an accurately-measured, fast and flat promenade race. Organised by Deal Tri, this popular annual event always attracts a decent entry, with the course offering genuine pb potential if weather conditions are favourable. And, it's a bit of a corker. We cordially invite you to join the fun! Before the main race, there will be a juniors race over 1,500 metres. The course is an out/back one with competitors running out in the direction of Kingsdown, pass the start/finish on the way back towards Deal pier before heading back to the start/finish point.
