The Rugged Radnage is a challenging multi-terrain 5&10K race set in the Chiltern Hills, raising money for our village school.

The course involves sections on road, trails and footpaths; through woods and fields and includes off-road descents and ascents. The RR5K course follows one half of the 10K route (the right loop section of the 'figure of eight' shape), and is great for those who only wish to encounter one of the hills ... and here's a map of the course.
