Accrington

An undulated 10k road race, safely managed by traffic control. Take in scenery during the initial 2 mile accent up Burnley Road Altham, and remind yourself of ‘what goes up, must come down!’. The route is heavily marshalled throughout the race, which allows you to race through urban areas without worrying about the traffic. The reward comes at 4.5 miles as you start your grandstand decent to the finishing line, where you will be greeted and cheered by our enthusiastic supporters. There will be a junior race on the day.
